About the RoleThis role will be joining our People and Culture team in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, performance management, and talent development within designated business units.
- Provide strategic advice and coaching to managers on leadership, workforce planning, and talent & succession planning.
- Collaborate on business transformation initiatives, including change management and cultural development programs.
- Lead people & culture projects focused on employee engagement, retention, and organisational development.
- Drive key people projects, including policy reviews, process improvements, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Utilise people data and analytics to influence decision-making and measure the effectiveness of people strategies.
- Oversee compliance with employment legislation and company policies, ensuring best practices are followed across the business.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in people & culture advisory or business partnering roles, ideally within the technology sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience in managing projects and delivering initiatives within a dynamic environment.
- Desirable: Previous experience working in an ASX-listed company.
- Strong proficiency with people systems and data analytics for reporting and insights.
- Experience working with employees based in Singapore, Philippines, and Japan.
