About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Coordinator to join our busy practice. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily clinical operations and patient flow ensuring smooth delivery of high-quality care
  • Support the orthodontist and clinical team in delivering excellent patient care
  • Manage treatment schedules, patient communications, and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with case presentations and treatment coordination discussions
  • Support the training and development of team members
  • Bilateral relationships with patients to enhance their treatment experience

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a clinic/treatment coordinator or within a dental practice is essential
  • Certificate III in Dental Assisting or Certificate IV in Dental Assisting (highly desirable)
  • Experience with oasis software (advantageous)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with a patient-first approach
