About The Role

As a Senior Dental Nurse, you'll take charge of day-to-day clinical operations, working closely with the Practice Manager and leading the team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting dental assistants and junior nurses
  • Overseeing daily clinical operations, chairside support, and infection control standards
  • Assisting with rostering, training, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborating with the Practice Manager to achieve clinical and business goals
  • Creating a calm, professional, and supportive environment for patients and staff
About You

You're a confident and organised Senior Dental Nurse with strong clinical knowledge and a passion for patient care. Leadership comes naturally to you – whether you've held a formal lead role before or you're ready to step up. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping a team perform at their best.

This Role Would Suit You If
  • You're an experienced Senior Dental Nurse with leadership exposure, or
  • You've been a DA for several years and are ready to progress into a leadership pathway
