Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome all guests, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Efficiently manage guest registration, including check-in and check-out processes.
  • Respond to guest queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Liaise closely with various departments, particularly Housekeeping and Food & Beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with after-hours reservation inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Report guest complaints and initiate solutions in accordance with empowerment guidelines.
  • Liaise with Housekeeping regarding early departures, extensions, or late checkouts.
  • Deliver guest amenities and provide exceptional service during check-out.
  • Balance all transactions at the end of each shift, ensuring accurate postings and discrepancies are reported.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar environment.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in relevant software.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a friendly, personable, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Effective communication across different departments throughout the hotel.
  • Commitment to delivering superior customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
