Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome all guests, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Efficiently manage guest registration, including check-in and check-out processes.
- Respond to guest queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Liaise closely with various departments, particularly Housekeeping and Food & Beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist with after-hours reservation inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Report guest complaints and initiate solutions in accordance with empowerment guidelines.
- Liaise with Housekeeping regarding early departures, extensions, or late checkouts.
- Deliver guest amenities and provide exceptional service during check-out.
- Balance all transactions at the end of each shift, ensuring accurate postings and discrepancies are reported.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar environment.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in relevant software.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a friendly, personable, and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Effective communication across different departments throughout the hotel.
- Commitment to delivering superior customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
