NOC Engineer Job Overview

As a key team member, the NOC Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our international networks.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the backbone of Australia's digital ecosystem. You will work alongside industry thought leaders, transforming critical infrastructure that supports cloud, content, and AI-driven enterprises.

  • Monitor network performance, resolve incidents, and manage stakeholder communications across critical infrastructure.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the NOC by developing automations to reduce manual work, streamlining reporting, supporting enterprise-wide monitoring initiatives, and carrying out routine administration tasks.
  • Triage and resolve network events and incidents in accordance with SLAs, escalating appropriately via Jira Service Management.

The ideal candidate has experience operating in a 24x7 NOC or network support function, with a proven ability to apply automation and continuous improvement practices to enhance day-to-day operations.
