Residential Architectural Staff Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for an architectural staff member located in Greater Cleveland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with site measuring and drafting existing conditions.
  • Support building code analysis and records management.
  • Translate sketches into drawings and produce related construction documents.
  • Day-to-day office needs of Principals and Project Managers.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture.
  • 4-6 years of experience in residential architecture.
  • Strong graphic skills and proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay organized and self-manage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Licensed or non-licensed, but with relevant experience.
