Design Lead for Transit Infrastructure

The Transit Facilities Design Manager is responsible for leading the design and management of transit facilities, including vehicle and maintenance facilities, transit stations, bus terminals, and interchanges.
This role involves managing project development, coordinating professional staff work, and overseeing project schedules and budgets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, architecture, construction management, or engineering, with at least 12 years of experience in a design or engineering field.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage concept and design of vehicle and transit maintenance facilities for various project sizes.
- Coordinate professional staff work and oversee project development.
- Manage maintenance facility design staff and resources, review all project phases, and lead cross-functional teams across time zones.
- Participate in client meetings and design development sessions.
- Coordinate workload, monitor project schedules, and manage budgets.
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering (Master's preferred).
At least 12 years of experience in project management within design or engineering fields.
