We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Professional to lead our Delivery Risk Chapter in its journey towards best practice.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise and make a tangible impact on the way we deliver value across the business.

  1. Develop and improve our service offering and ways of working, collaborating closely with our Implementation Manager.
  2. Build and lead a high-performing team of Risk Advisors and Consultants, focusing on their professional growth and performance.
  3. Drive capability building through coaching, mentoring, and training, ensuring that our teams have the necessary skills to succeed.

Demonstrate Excellence

  • Embed frameworks and standards across delivery teams, providing feedback to enhance delivery risk practices.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews, ensure methodology compliance, and share best practices with the team.
  • Bring innovation, AI, and future-focused approaches to enhance delivery risk practices, driving continuous improvement.

Collaborate and Influence

  • Align our ways of working across Chapters and Tribes, sharing knowledge and solving challenges.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the business to strengthen risk capability and practices.
  • Manage resourcing and capacity, ensuring the right talent is allocated to meet business needs.
