Program Manager for After-School Enrichment

As a Program Manager for After-School Enrichment, you will have the opportunity to lead and implement engaging experiences for kids outside of school hours. You will be responsible for creating and implementing enriching programs at before and after school care.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams and managing programs. They will also be able to engage with the school community and assist with compliance documentation and parent enquiries.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will also be able to co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program and attend PD days and training to progress their career.
