Opportunities exist for an experienced and skilled Service Coordinator to join our team.

This role is a key part of our facilities management operation, requiring strong leadership skills to coordinate services at a local level. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategic plans, driving performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

About the Role

The Service Coordinator will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that our service delivery meets customer expectations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality services that meet customer KPIs and service level expectations
  • Monitoring operational performance and identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency
  • Leading stakeholder engagement and promoting service excellence across contracts
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, conducting audits and managing risks
  • Managing subcontractors to ensure performance, compliance, and continuous improvement

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or trade qualification with at least 5 years of experience in facilities management or maintenance
  • Strong leadership and project planning skills in a service industry environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Knowledge of key management systems and behavioural safety practices
