Our team is seeking a highly skilled Train Manager to oversee the preparation, readiness and safe operation of trains during dynamic and static testing phases.

Job Description

This role involves coordinating onboard personnel and conducting safety briefings. You will ensure train readiness and availability for testing activities and act as the single point of contact for test drivers during certification tests.

The successful candidate will have experience in test management, strong understanding of EHS laws and regulations, and on-field experience in testing or validation. Expertise in troubleshooting, instrumentation and data acquisition is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure train readiness and availability for testing activities
  • Lead EHS management during dynamic tests on public infrastructure
  • Act as the single point of contact for test drivers during certification tests
  • Coordinate onboard personnel and conduct safety briefings
  • Support failure reporting, test documentation and troubleshooting
  • Oversee static test activities and ensure risk controls are applied
