Electrical And Instrumentation Maintenance Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our electrical and instrumentation maintenance team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality maintenance services that meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop the skills of team members to enhance their capability and performance.
- Prioritize work based on equipment condition and risk of failure to prevent unplanned downtime.
- Plan and schedule break-in work within a 7-day period to ensure optimal maintenance outcomes.
- Identify and implement maintenance execution improvement initiatives with support from the reliability team.
- Allocate resources effectively to achieve optimal maintenance outcomes as part of work activity planning.
- Provide continued development and mentorship to the team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
