About this Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Planner to support scheduled maintenance for a large-scale process plant in Western Australia.

You will be responsible for planning and coordinating E&I maintenance activities, ensuring asset reliability, job readiness, and alignment with operational schedules using SAP S4 Cloud-based system.

This is a 6-month contract role with weekly pay, Monday to Friday office hours. You will own the planning process for E&I tasks across a high-volume process plant.

  • Plan and schedule electrical and instrumentation maintenance tasks
  • Use SAP S4 Cloud to manage work orders and task lists
  • Coordinate labour, materials, and documentation for job execution
  • Support shutdown and routine maintenance workflows
  • Liaise with supervisors, engineers, and technicians to ensure readiness and compliance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in planning efficiency and asset reliability

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in E&I maintenance planning, preferably in a process plant setting
  • Proficient with SAP S4 Cloud-based maintenance systems
  • Strong electrical or instrumentation background
  • Excellent coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Must have the right to work in Australia
