We are seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Technician to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a competent and experienced technician to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on electrical and instrumentation equipment maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely completion of electrical and instrumentation equipment repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Installation of new electrical/instrumentation equipment under Permit to Work orders
  • Contribution to the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System
  • Adherence to on-the-job safety procedures and associated requirements
  • Monitoring of on-the-job work tasks and assistance to maintainers to resolve any associated issues
  • Assistance to the supervisor with the setting up and review of planned daily tasks, including organisation of equipment and tools and sourcing of technical information as required

Requirements:

  • Western Australian 'A' Grade Electrical Licence
  • Cert IV Electrical Instrumentation
  • Continuous processing plant maintenance experience
  • HV switching certificate (desirable)
  • Hazardous area training/experience (desirable)
