About This Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of campaigns from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies, driving brand storytelling and data-driven decision making.
  • Oversee creative output across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand and performance goals.
  • Manage production workflows to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Analyse campaign performance across digital platforms, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer growth through innovative acquisition and retention strategies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in a marketing role within a fast-paced eCommerce or digital-first environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver creative marketing campaigns that perform.
  • Proven experience leading campaigns end-to-end, from ideation to execution and post-campaign analysis.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and proficiency in Meta Ads Manager & Google Analytics.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with a commercial mindset.
