Cleanliness and Hygiene Supervisor Opportunity

Welcome to Cater Care Australia, a leading provider of hospitality and catering services across the country. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Alice Springs. As part of our CCA Operations department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our facilities.

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers the chance to make a real impact within our dynamic organisation. As a Cleaning Supervisor at Cater Care Australia in Alice Springs, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Staff: Ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery by supervising and coordinating the cleaning staff.
  • Train and Mentor Cleaning Team Members: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of cleaning team members.
  • Develop and Implement Cleaning Schedules: Create and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities.
  • Monitor Cleaning Supplies and Equipment: Monitor the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Inspect Facilities: Regularly inspect designated areas to ensure they are properly cleaned and maintained.
  • Maintain Health and Safety Standards: Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Report on Staff Performance: Provide regular reports on staff performance, operational activities, and any incidents as required.
  • Assist with Recruitment: Assist with recruitment processes for new cleaning staff when necessary.
  • Maintain Open Communication: Maintain open communication with management regarding any facility-related concerns or improvements.
