Job Title: Industrial Property Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to support the management of industrial assets across NSW and QLD.

You will work closely with experienced professionals and outsourced teams to deliver exceptional property and facilities services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Property Coordination: Assist in managing lease data, purchase orders, budgeting, and forecasting.
  2. Tenant Liaison: Liaise with tenants, property managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
  3. Reporting: Prepare monthly reports, cash flow budgets, and variance analysis in collaboration with finance teams.
  4. Operational Support: Support capital expenditure projects, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with financial and administrative procedures.
About You:

We are looking for an individual with a strong customer focus, driven mindset, and ability to manage competing priorities without compromising on detail.

Candidates should have relevant experience in industrial property administration and or management, including budgeting and financial management.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

A working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities is desirable.
