Asset Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Asset Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property assets. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth functionality of our properties, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and negotiating lease agreements with tenants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day activities of property assets to maintain optimal performance.
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades in accordance with organisational standards.
  • Negotiate and oversee lease agreements to ensure mutual benefits for both parties.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements to mitigate risks.
  • Monitor property budgets and manage expenses effectively to achieve financial goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support property-related projects and initiatives.
  • Provide regular reporting on property performance and operational updates to stakeholders.
The Successful Candidate

A successful Asset Manager should possess:

  • Relevant qualifications in property management or a related field.
  • Experience in managing property assets within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of property legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting effectively.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage lease agreements.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder management.
