Proposal Writer

We're seeking a strategic and experienced Proposal Writer to help us win tenders that matter.

  • Crafting persuasive, high-quality tenders, EOIs, and proposals that reflect our depth of service, innovation, and people-first approach is key.
  • Translating complex clinical, operational, and technical content into strong, customer-focused narratives will be an essential task.
  • Collaborating across the business with clinical, legal, commercial, and delivery teams to gather accurate, relevant insights and bring proposals to life is vital.
  • Managing multiple proposals and competing priorities while meeting deadlines with precision and professionalism is required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience writing and managing end-to-end tender, EOI, or proposal responses in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality, compliant, and persuasive submissions for government customers is crucial.
  • A strong understanding of public sector procurement processes and evaluation criteria is needed.
  • Excellent written communication and editing skills are essential.
  • Confident management of deadlines, coordination of inputs across multiple stakeholders, and working independently without heavy oversight is expected.
