Empowering Lives: Support Worker Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
- About Your Role:
- You will work collaboratively with clients to empower them to achieve their goals and support them in various settings, including home and community environments.
- Your responsibilities will include providing person-centred care, supporting clients with daily activities, and working closely with our team to deliver high-quality services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A current NDIS Workers Check is mandatory for this position.
- You must also hold a current Working With Children Check.
- In addition, you will need to possess a current First Aid Certificate and a current Manual Handling Certificate.
- An unrestricted Driver's License is also required.
- Covid19 Vaccination with booster is essential.
