We are seeking an experienced Community Engagement Leader to join our Senior Leadership Team. This role will play a pivotal part in building strong partnerships, championing enhanced service offerings, and driving organisational growth through community connection and customer engagement.

This leadership role requires someone who can lead initiatives that create a lasting impact across the communities we support. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams, overseeing business growth, customer acquisition, and service development.

The Community Engagement Leader will be responsible for developing robust relationships with community stakeholders, identifying opportunities to expand Suncare's presence in the communities we serve, and driving innovative strategies that foster social support or social connection.
