Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver digital and face-to-face training modules to ensure effective use of digital systems.
  • Promote the adoption and best practices of digital systems through comprehensive training.
  • Coordinate end-user training and create training materials to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with business goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Systems/IT Trainer or Training Lead or Instructional Designer roles.
  • Strong background in the design, development, and delivery of digital/systems training.
  • Demonstrated experience in a digital environment.
  • Ability to develop training curriculum and conduct training needs analysis.
  • Experience in delivering classroom and virtual classroom training.
  • Experience in Articulate and MS Office suite.
  • Exceptional communication and engagement skills.
