Regional Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support and leadership to a small team consisting of drafting, project delivery, estimating and administrators.

The ideal candidate will have effective communication and interpersonal skills, proven experience leading teams and day-to-day operations, and the ability to ensure exceptional customer experiences and work closely with clients to negotiate positive project outcomes.

Key responsibilities include managing effective and efficient pre-construction workflow, leading and motivating team members to develop technical and soft skills, ensuring the team are reforecasting projects daily to allow for accurate reporting, and driving performance towards achieving team and business objectives.
