About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of various construction projects along creek lines and shorelines. The ideal candidate will have experience in estimating, planning, and managing construction projects, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading teams, overseeing project budgets, and ensuring that all works are completed efficiently and within budget.

This is a senior role requiring interaction with internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating and preparing quotes in accordance with company targets
  • Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard
  • Liaising with clients, peers, and management to ensure project requirements are met
  • Supervising and managing construction teams to ensure high-quality work
  • Maintaining a safe working environment and implementing WHS policies
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Civil or Landscaping Construction
  • Previous experience in the maritime field an advantage
  • Trade qualification and strong technical skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
