We are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team in various locations across Victoria. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are looking to take on new challenges and make a real impact.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of up to 15 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure the team is performing at its best. You will also be required to work closely with customers, delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales targets and budgets.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. You will also need to be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

About the Opportunities:

We are working with large retail groups who are looking for enthusiastic leaders for Assistant Store Manager roles in fast-paced variety stores through to non-for-profit organisations all around Victoria.

What We Are Looking For:

  1. You will continuously deliver an exceptional customer experience and still drive sales targets and budgets.
  2. You will be responsible rostering, ordering stock and supplies, achieving KPI's, providing ongoing training and support of your team and ensuring they are delivering an exceptional customer experience by leading by example.
  3. You will be required to manage the day to day operations of the store, have strong organisational skills and be able to assist in creating a positive and supportive environment and continuous improvement for your team.
