Job Title: Big Box Variety Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced retail manager to lead our Carrum Downs store, offering a competitive base salary and achievable bonuses. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective rostering and wage control experience, as well as high stock volume and visual merchandising expertise.

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fun workplace culture where you can drive sales results and achieve targets and KPIs. As a key member of the management team, you will be accountable for all store controllables, customer service standards, store standards, and stock control management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Previous retail management experience, preferably in large format stores
  • Driving store sales results and achieving targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leadership
  • Effective rostering and wage control experience
  • High stock volume and visual merchandising expertise
