Taking on the challenge of designing and implementing end-to-end EAM solutions that drive business growth is a key responsibility of this role. As an Engineering Solutions Manager, you will oversee the development of these solutions from conceptualization to deployment.

Job Description:

The Engineering Solutions Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet or exceed customer expectations. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, budgeting, and resource allocation.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    • Maintain regular communication with team members, stakeholders, and sponsors to keep them informed about project progress.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of engineers and technicians to achieve project objectives.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members in their professional development, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  3. Solution Development:
    • Work collaboratively with subject matter experts and technical teams to design and develop innovative EAM solutions that meet customer needs.
    • Conduct thorough analysis of customer requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient solutions.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all relevant parties, escalating concerns as necessary.
  5. Quality Assurance:
    • Implement quality control processes to ensure that all engineering solutions meet or exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to enhance overall quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 12–15 years of experience in engineering solution development, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus).

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of EAM principles, practices, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in EAM software applications and systems.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, and machine learning.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Certifications:

  • SAP S/4HANA EAM certification or other relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
