About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Executive to join our team at dentsu. As a Senior Client Executive, you will be responsible for implementing and buying media activity on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively support team members, particularly client managers, to ensure seamless client service.
  • Address client inquiries, providing reporting and basic planning assistance to meet client needs.
  • Manage data for planning, purchasing, and reporting across TV, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain Media Plans and Production Schedules with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Generate comprehensive post-campaign reports to inform client decisions.
  • Coordinate with key media partners to guarantee campaign fulfillment and ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure precise invoicing for clients, managing outstanding debts and resolving account queries.
  • Gather data for competitor analyses, tracking media industry trends and conducting live research to inform client strategies.

About You:

  • You have solid media partner relationships and product knowledge, with the ability to engage and adhere to our partner engagement approach to drive the best outcomes for your client.
  • Strong verbal communication and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and work to timelines.
  • Proficiency in supporting the building of documentation and strong administrative skills and attention to detail to support Client & Digital Managers.
  • Strong implementational and executional background with experience across offline and digital media tools and platforms.
  • Building meaningful connections with clients and team members excites you.
