About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Executive to join our team at Dentsu Aegis Network. As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for implementing and buying media activity on behalf of our clients, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively support the team, particularly the managers and client director, in delivering media planning and buying services to our clients.
  • Buy and optimize a range of media cross-platform, including negotiations and activity beyond overarching client deals.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks such as competitive analysis, invoicing, and finance management, as well as WIP updates and other administrative duties.
  • Implement campaigns from briefing media, booking, to campaign post-analysis, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Collate data for competitor reports, media industry trends, and live research to inform client strategies.
  • Lead client interactions, working closely with our client to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong media partner relationships and product knowledge, with the ability to engage and adhere to our partner engagement approach to drive the best outcomes for our clients.
  • Excellent verbal communication and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in supporting the development of documentation and strong administrative skills, with attention to detail to support Client Managers.
  • Strong implementational and executional background, with experience across offline and digital media tools and platforms.
  • Fusion (eTAM, eRAM, AQX) experience, as well as proficiency in SMD software suite.
  • Ability to accurately build a media plan for small to medium campaigns independently, and effectively present results, insights, and optimizations.
