Project Manager: Power and Signals Infrastructure
\At Yarra Trams, we operate a world-class tram network that keeps Melbourne moving. Our team is responsible for managing projects across track, power, signalling, and overhead infrastructure.
\Your Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, coordinating resources from delivery teams, contractors, and consultants.\
- Deliver Annual Works Plans, Major Capital Improvements, and Enhanced Renewal projects.\
- Support service delivery and maintenance teams to meet contractual commitments.\
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for efficient project execution.\
- Ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards throughout project delivery.\
- Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and engineering documentation.\
- Lead delivery of Power Renewal projects and coordinate with internal teams.\
- Prepare and review design scopes, engineering change submissions, and regulatory applications.\
- Conduct safety and quality reviews to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.\
- Manage occupations, permits, and stakeholder coordination in line with our frameworks.\
- Monitor procurement processes and ensure timely availability of materials.\
- Provide technical advice and reporting on project progress, risks, and outcomes.\
