Job Title: Manager Engineering Operations

We are seeking an experienced aviation professional to manage engineering operations in the day-of-ops environment.

  • Manage planned and unplanned maintenance with a focus on schedule integrity and disruption management.
  • Act as the key Engineering management representative, providing dynamic leadership within the Maintenance Operations Centre and the Jetstar Operations Control Centre.
  • Balance commercial, customer, and operational impacts while managing planned and unplanned maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers in the MOC and JOCC.
  • Provide operational leadership and management to those within the MOC.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an aviation operations or engineering environment.
  • Passion and experience in managing, coaching, and mentoring a team.
  • Aviation industry experience essential.
  • A desire for continuous improvement and passion for aviation.
