Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team. The ideal candidates will work closely with individuals who have acquired brain injuries and psychosocial disabilities, assisting them with daily activities, community engagement, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to individuals with acquired brain injuries and psychosocial disabilities.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Support clients in community participation and social activities.
  • Monitor and document clients' progress and report any changes or concerns.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and empowering environment for clients.

Requirements

  • Hold a Blue Card for working with children or be eligible to apply.
  • Hold an NDIS Worker Screening check or be eligible to apply.
  • Hold a driver's license and own a vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
  • Complete NDIS e-learning modules.
  • Have a smartphone with internet access.
  • Hold a CPR certificate or be willing to obtain one.
