Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage work teams to ensure staff participate in professional development programs and are rotated to maximise learning opportunities, knowledge and skills.
  • Provide authoritative advice on court procedures, practices and protocols to all users.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of legislation, practices, policies and procedures applicable to Victorian courts and tribunals.
  • Hold a Certificate IV in Government (Court Services) or equivalent qualification.
