The role of Membership Development Specialist involves prospecting, touring, closing, and getting referrals for future business for the club, representing the facility and Belgravia Leisure in a positive and professional manner.
As a key member of the team, the Membership Development Specialist will actively seek new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and promote the club's services to achieve individual and team goals and targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new business opportunities for the club
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Represent the club and Belgravia Leisure in a professional manner
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fitness and health
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Industry knowledge and certifications (e.g. First Aid & CPR)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
