Clinical Nurse – Community Health

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Nurse to fill a vacancy in our Community Health team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop, implement and evaluate community-based health programs that promote health and wellbeing.
    • Provide clinical services as part of core community health programs such as immunisation, school health and child health.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve positive health outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Possession of strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
  • Possession of or progress towards a certificate in Child & Community Health Nursing (desired).
