An opportunity exists for a talented and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Community Health Team in the Midwest.Position ProfileThe Clinical Nurse Specialist – Community Health is responsible for the coordination of primary health care for vulnerable children and families within the community setting, collaborates and advocates with key stakeholders within and outside the region.
Collects data and prepares reports for specific child health projects.
