The Clinical Nurse Specialist is a key position in our Community Health Team, responsible for coordinating primary health care for vulnerable children and families within the community setting. The role requires collaboration and advocacy with stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.

Responsibilities- Coordinate Primary Health Care: Work closely with community members to identify and address their health needs.
- Collaborate and Advocate: Build relationships with stakeholders to drive collaborative solutions and advocate for the needs of vulnerable populations.
- Develop Reports: Collect and analyze data to prepare reports on specific child health projects.
- Significant clinical knowledge and experience in community health nursing.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cultural factors and social determinants, particularly relating to Aboriginal health.
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills in a multidisciplinary team.
