Insurance Service Liaison Role

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering top-tier service. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound phone and email communications efficiently.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and approve workflows.
  • Investigate billing inquiries and process account corrections.
  • Manage dishonoured payments and overdue accounts, ensuring timely follow-up actions are completed.
  • Support the brokerage team with mid-term servicing, client follow-ups, and cancellations.
  • Perform general administrative duties and data maintenance tasks.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as directed by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong organisational and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with insurance operations and processes would be beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in telephony and email management systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
