Insurance Mentor are growing, and we're looking for a client-focused Account Manager to join our friendly and professional team in Broadbeach, Gold Coast.

In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of clients, providing expert advice and ensuring their insurance needs are met with care and precision. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Advisory – Offer tailored insurance solutions for home, motor, landlord, and other personal lines.
  • Relationship Management – Build strong, lasting relationships through proactive communication and attentive service.
  • Policy Management – Handle renewals, endorsements, and claims support with efficiency and professionalism.
  • New Business Development – Identify opportunities to grow your portfolio through referrals and community engagement.
  • Team Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
