We are seeking a professional to support our team in Adelaide, Australia. This role plays a key part in assisting local community hubs across South Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance to Corps Officers during staff and volunteer onboarding
  • Coordinate volunteer training to meet mandatory safety and compliance standards
  • Manage volunteer records and ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Process invoices, reimbursements, and manage asset registers
  • Liaise with IT, Payroll, and Finance teams to resolve local administrative needs
  • Support our teams remotely and occasionally travel across the state as needed
Requirements:
  • A friendly, professional approach to working with people
  • Experience in general administration, customer service, and strong computer literacy
  • Good attention to detail and experience with systems like Workday (ideal, but not essential)
  • Confidence working independently, especially across multiple sites or remote locations
  • An understanding of compliance in the non-profit sector
  • Current driver's licence and ability to travel state-wide
  • Required background checks (Police, Working with Children/Vulnerable People)
