As a Road Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our operations.
The Role Toll Group are looking for a proactive and experienced Road Supervisor to lead our local cartage operations in Port Kembla.

Duties and Responsibilities / a day in the life of a Road Supervisor
- Coordinate and supervise drivers and vehicle allocations to meet customer load requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and WHS legislation.
- Liaise with customers, internal teams and drivers to ensure service excellence.
- Monitor and maintain equipment condition and vehicle maintenance.
- Lead safety initiatives, toolbox meetings, and continuous improvement programs.
- Manage driver training, performance, conduct safety audits and compliance.
- Participate in weekly and monthly planning, reporting, and review activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a similar role within Transport/Logistics industry.
- A positive attitude and appetite to learn.
- Demonstrated experience with Operations, CoR, Fatigue Management desirable but not essential.
- An analytical mind-set - strong ability to problem solve.
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal.
- Computer literacy skills - MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines within a time-pressured environment.
