Title: Logistics Coordinator
Contract Length: Initial 12-month contract (very likely to extend)
Location + WFH Flexibility: Wollongong, NSW | Mostly site-based
Daily Pay: Competitive daily rate
Client Industry: ASX-listed Steel Manufacturer
Start Date: ASAP

Role Details:

  • Help run logistics for a major site upgrade, including unloading, storing and tracking equipment

  • Make sure items are inspected, re-packed and ready for site use

  • Follow safety rules and work closely with engineers and site teams

  • Keep laydown areas safe and organised, and report progress to the project team

  • Communicate with suppliers, transport companies and warehouse teams

Must-Have Skills:

  • Forklift licence - essential

  • Experience in warehouse/logistics on industrial projects

  • Basic computer skills (Excel, SAP or similar)

  • Able to read drawings and schedules

  • Strong safety focus and team player

  • Good communication and time management

Nice to Have:

  • Overhead crane licence

  • Experience in steelworks or heavy industry

  • Knowledge of WHS regulations
