Drive transformative change in airport operations by taking on a pivotal role that influences safety, efficiency, and the future direction of the aviation environment.

This high-impact position requires an experienced Aviation professional to manage access licensing for airside operations, oversee key systems, monitor aircraft turnaround processes, drive stakeholder collaboration, lead reporting and analysis, and manage SaaS vendor relationships.

Ambitious projects are underway, including development of a third runway, state-of-the-art terminals, and major business park initiatives. The successful candidate will have proven experience in developing and leading licensing or access agreements, in-depth knowledge of Aviation Operations, ground handling, and turnaround activities, as well as strong understanding of Civil Aviation Safety Regulations, ICAO Annexes, and IATA IGOM.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
