Job Title: Auxiliary Health Consultant

This is a 12-month fixed term role that offers the opportunity to work with the federal government in Western Australia.

You will be providing expert clinical guidance and support to staff dealing with complex disabilities and health-related issues. Your expertise will enable you to provide high-quality advice and support to other staff members, ensuring consistency in decision-making.

The successful candidate will have the ability to contribute to policy and operational guidelines to maximize performance. Additionally, they must ensure accurate and timely written advice and record-keeping.

To be eligible for this position, candidates must hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Qualifications in related fields such as Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Practitioners, Behaviour Support Practitioners or Medico Legal Allied Health are also accepted.
