About the Role:

Stratum Civil is currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our civil contracting team. Candidates must have previous residential development construction experience and have the ability to manage multiple subcontractors whilst upholding quality and safety onsite. Projects include bulk earthworks, stormwater, water, sewer infrastructure and roadworks for residential, industrial and commercial projects.

Positions to be filled based in Gold Coast / Brisbane & Toowoomba.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Ensureing QA proceedures are implemented
  • Effective programming of daily site activities
  • Communication with site team and subcontractors
  • Management of employees
  • Leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor others.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage priorities.

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Experience in all ranges of civil projects.
  • Experience in project delivery and residential developments.
  • Great communication skills
