About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at JV Recruitment. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the project lifecycle of numerous defence remediation works throughout Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage remediation projects from initial setup through to completion
  • Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements
  • Ensure effective cost control and efficient running of the project
  • Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors
  • Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings
  • Provision of advice on any technical and engineering issues
  • Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program
  • Involvement with tendering/estimation
  • Create and modify ITP's and SWMS
  • Raise RFI's and track responses
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years Project Management experience
  • Strong leadership skills and understanding of leadership responsibilities
  • A high level of understanding and appreciation for safety
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Solid programming and planning skills
  • Defence side experience
  • Concrete remediation experience
  • Managed projects $5million upwards
  • Managed construction projects start to finish
