This critical role focuses on overseeing inventory management, including procurement, stock receipt, and stock adjustments. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience working in a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of customer service at all times.
  • Conduct thorough stock audits to prevent loss and assist with loss prevention initiatives.
  • Perform monthly stock counts and year-end stock reconciliations.
  • Manage stock movements, ensuring physical stock matches inventory system records.
  • Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained.
  • Process inventory purchases, receive stock, process invoices, handle courier deliveries, update courier and stock registers, count and verify inbound stock, and store stock efficiently.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work efficiently, multitask, and contribute strategically to the organization's goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret productivity and resource allocation data.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
