Based on the Gold Coast and Brisbane, we have been operating for over 30 years, providing repair & service support for major home entertainment & appliance manufacturers such as Samsung Electronics & LG Electronics, to name just a few. We coordinate a busy, cohesive team of technicians who collectively cover the greater Gold Coast and Brisbane area.

ROLE SUMMARY

This hands-on role is responsible for ordering, receiving, and crediting stock, managing stock movements from the Gold Coast location to Brisbane and within our warehouse to maintain stock levels, prevent theft, and avoid loss of parts affecting the business. High attention to detail is essential to ensure record accuracy and correct stock holding.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Uphold company values and customer service standards at all times.
  • Conduct physical stock counts to prevent loss and assist with loss prevention.
  • Perform monthly stock takes and EOFY stock counts.
  • Manage stock movements, incoming & outgoing, ensuring physical stock matches inventory system records. This includes optimizing space.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Log all inventory purchases, receive stock, process invoices, meet courier deliveries, update courier and stock registers, count and verify inbound stock, and put away stock.
  • Plan space and maintain warehouse organization.
  • Label inventory for easy identification.
  • Work closely with administration, technicians, and management to ensure parts availability, resolve issues, and problem solve.
  • Assist with shipping, packing, and returning parts and equipment.
  • Adhere to all OHS requirements and report issues to management.
  • Perform other duties as required.

NO FORKLIFT LICENCE REQUIRED - WE DO NOT USE A FORKLIFT

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Tech-savvy with advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work at pace, multi-task, and contribute strategically.
  • Comfortable working in a versatile environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret productivity and resource management data.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in administration and data entry.

HIGHLY REGARDED

  • Enthusiasm for handling high and stressful workloads, possibly outside normal hours.
  • Experience in warehouses with 100% inventory accuracy.
  • Experience with WMS or ERP systems.
