Based on the Gold Coast and Brisbane we have been operating for over 30 years; providing repair & service support for major home entertainment & appliance manufacturers such as Samsung Electronics & LG Electronics to name just a few. We coordinate a busy, cohesive team of technicians who collectively cover the greater Gold Coast and Brisbane area.

ROLE SUMMARY

This hands-on role is responsible for ordering/receiving/crediting stock, management of stock movements from Gold Coast location to Brisbane location and within our warehouse to maintain stock levels, ensure no theft and prevent loss of parts from impacting the business. High levels of attention to detail are paramount to ensure accuracy of records and maintain correct stock holding.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Uphold company values and customer service standards at all times.
  • Conducting physical stock counts to ensure no loss and be involved with loss prevention.
  • Monthly stock takes and EOFY stock counts.
  • Maintaining stock levels at appropriate quantities.
  • Managing Stock movements, incoming & outgoing. Ensuring at all times the physical stock location matches that within the inventory management system. This includes movements to help maintain optimum space.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory
  • Logging all inventory purchases, receiving stock into warehouse and processing invoices, this includes meeting courier deliveries and updating both courier registers and incoming stock register, counting and verifying all inbound stock, put away.
  • Space planning & warehouse maintained.
  • Labelling inventory for easy inhouse inventory identification.
  • Working closely with administration team, technicians and management to ensure parts are readily available when required, resolve any issues and problem solve.
  • Assisting with shipping. To assist the packing & returning of parts and equipment.
  • Adhere to all OHS requirements and report to management as required.

  • And other duties as may be required, from time to time.

  • NO FORKLIFT LICENCE REQUIRED - WE DO NOT USE A FORKLIFT

  • REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Tech savvy with advanced computer processing skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work at pace, multi-task and alternate between rolling your sleeves and contributing strategically.
  • You'll be comfortable working in a environment where you're expected to do a bit of everything.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret productivity and resource management data.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
  • You'll possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and form genuine relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills.

  • Administration and data entry experience

  • HIGHLY REGARDED

  • Enthusiasm to handle high and sometimes stressful workloads that may require work outside normal hours.
  • Experience in warehouses with a 100% inventory accuracy rate.
  • Experience with WMS or ERP systems.
