This role encompasses responsibility for managing stock levels, ensuring efficient inventory control and minimizing loss. Key tasks include conducting regular stock counts to prevent discrepancies, coordinating the movement of stock between locations and maintaining accurate records.

Pivotal Responsibilities:

  • Uphold high standards of customer service and support company values at all times.
  • Conduct thorough stock audits to identify areas for improvement and assist with implementing controls to mitigate loss.
  • Manage stock flow effectively, ensuring that physical stock levels align with inventory system records.
  • Maintain precise records of inventory transactions and updates.
  • Coordinate receipt and processing of stock deliveries, meeting logistical requirements and ensuring timely updates.
  • Plan and optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Label inventory accurately for easy identification and retrieval.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure seamless parts availability, resolve issues and address challenges.
  • Support shipping and packaging operations, including returns and repairs.
  • Adhere strictly to OHS protocols and report any hazards or incidents to management promptly.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and contributing strategically.
